Application essential points of this competition
| Qualifications | Anyone can apply regardless of a professional illustrator or not. |
| The genre of the works | We do not ask it the genres such as a freehand drawing, CG, a solid. |
| The condition of the works which you can apply | They must be original works which have not used for business. The images you show on your web site are OK. There is no limit to the number of entries. |
| Hand drawing works | Scan them or take photographs, and please make it digital data. |
| Three-dimensional works | Take three photographs of each work from 3 directions, and make them as one set. |
| Digital data | Make your works to JPEG files, color mode should be RGB. |
| Data size | The width and the heights should be within 2,000 pixels, up to 1MB for each work. |
| The name of the files | First name_Last name_number.jpg (andy_warhol_1.jpg) |
| The entry fee | 2,500 yen for the first piece, and 2,000
yen for each from the second piece. You have to pay the entry fee from April 1st to june 30th 2012. |

| Matter of list in the entry form | Name, mail address, address, phone number, the title of the images, used art supplies or application soft, how you pay the entry fee, etc. |
| How to send your works | Attach your works to the entry form. If you can not send them via entry form, you can make entry by email. Write "the matter of list in the entry form" into your email, and attach your works, and send them to the following email address.  |
| The application period | We accept the entry from April 1st to June 30th. |
| Examination | From July 1st to July 15th. |
| The announcement of the winning prize work | We inform the prize winners via email directly. And we will upload the images which win a prize to our web site in August. We exhibit them at Yamawaki gallery from Oct. 24th to Oct. 30th. |
