I really appreciate that these are hand-drawn illustrations.
I especially like the loose feelings in Liu’s doodle style.

The active, casual and unrestrained style gives me a free and hearty impression.
Warm lights, gorgeous colors, diners in suits and ties.
The feasting atmosphere of the streets and restaurants reminds me of Gorō Inogashira and “Kodoku no Gurume”.

Ailun Jiang

I like the rough crayon or colored pencil scribbling feeling.
And all the details here.
It captured the business of the restaurants and crowdedness.
However in the first image, characters are all blending into the background and hard to recognize.
Artist can decide where to put more strong colors and where to put less.
So it’s well balanced.
