The artist's ability to capture the movement of animals is exceptionally accurate. Building on this accuracy, the artist adds YsaW's own interpretation, exaggerating the forms to make the works even more impressive. I particularly enjoy the artist's use of negative space; I believe this technique greatly enhances the composition's success.

The dreamlike mood is successfully established, with each image framed in panels of varying sizes that effectively represent fragments of memory. The clock serves as a metaphor for time and life, allowing the audience to feel the deep connection and love between humans and animals.

Haimeng Cao

This graphite series is moving, capturing the deep bond and love between YasW and her beloved dog, Amanda. The technical skill in illustrating Amanda's motion is exceptional, the monochromatic palette enhances the emotional depth, and the narrative of dream makes it profoundly touching. 

Rita Yuwei Li

The neatness of his technique and compositions is impressive, added to the narrative experimentation between vignettes and dreamlike surrealism, make his works beautiful not only because of the skill of shadows, but also because of the love and passion put into making poetry and cinema with his drawings in these pieces. An enormous example of the connection between YsaW's great talent and how important his/her/x partner was, is and will be. Without a doubt, it is a great way to honor a family member, and we can appreciate a beautiful work worthy of that love.

The artist has a remarkable ability in composition and storytelling, allowing viewers to intuitively sense the artist's longing for the dog through the artwork. Additionally, the artist’s work incorporates distinctive interpretation into human and animal anatomy, with particularly impressive expressiveness in the movements of animals.
