The shapes are bold and visually engaging. Each piece in Wenqing's illuration series portrayed themes of fantasy and reality with a unique perspective. I love how Wenqing connect the theme of life, identities, and nature.

Beautiful tenderness in very sophisticated compositions, all the elements can be appreciated in a very well measured and geometric harmony. The shading works very well for this minimalist style, which explore tender themes, and also, spiritual depths. I think it is a good idea to create from themes like empowerment or spiritual connections, taking off the expression of the faces of the characters, it gives a more philosophical and less naive aesthetic. When everyone has their faces smiling, it gives a more childish and tender feeling, which works very well in more playful works such as "pettopia". In the work "beneath the masks" I think it would have been more congruent to make the shadows with dark colors and not shadows with black, because that makes the style lose its power in relation to the other works, which are shaded with dark colors and are enriched by the artist´s great skill of his/her/x color palette.

I really like the artist's character designs, especially the animal characters, which are very heartwarming. The artist is very skilled at using shapes to tell the story, and the textures are also beautifully done.
